2. Course Access

• Upon successful payment, you will receive login credentials via email to access your course content.
• Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
• You receive lifetime access to all current course materials and future updates included in your purchase.

3. Payment

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card information.
• Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your country of residence.
• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your payment date at info@gingerbread.academy and we will refund the full amount — no questions asked.

Refunds are not available after 14 days from the date of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course content, videos, texts, techniques, and materials are the intellectual property of PhDr. Dana Holmanová and the Gingerbread Academy.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any course materials without prior written permission.
• The 12 Proprietary Techniques™ are protected trademarks of the Gingerbread Academy.

6. User Conduct

By accessing the Academy, you agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with others.
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute course videos or materials.
• Use the Academy content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

The Academy provides educational content for personal and creative development. Results from applying course techniques may vary. We do not guarantee any specific commercial outcome or skill level attained.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Gingerbread Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the course materials.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic.
